StrataCore is the shared evidence, analytics, document, identity and workflow layer that every StrataData application writes into. It is an architectural platform layer under staged development, and its enterprise-assistive AI advises accountable people rather than deciding for them.
The operational problem
In most asset-heavy organizations, the record of what actually happened is scattered across inspection forms, email threads, spreadsheets, photographs and separate systems. Context is lost between the field and the people accountable for decisions.

The system response

Relationship to StrataCore
StrataCore is the centre of the platform. StrataFleet, SDAudit, StrataConstruct and StrataIQ are applications that read from and write into it.
Human authority and claim boundaries
StrataCore never autonomously makes legal, insurance, certification, disciplinary, employment or operational decisions. Explainability, tenant separation, data-quality warnings and human approval are required by design. Accountable people retain authority at every step.
