SDAudit

Inspections, findings and corrective action that carry forward.

SDAudit is in development. It is designed for workplace and site inspection, assurance and audit evidence, where findings are attributable and unresolved items are carried forward instead of quietly disappearing.

The operational problem

Inspection and audit programs generate large volumes of findings and very little continuity. The same hazard is recorded repeatedly, corrective actions have no clear owner, and audit preparation becomes a manual assembly exercise.

  • Findings without an accountable owner or due date
  • Unresolved items lost between one inspection and the next
  • Evidence scattered when an auditor or client requests a package
  • No reliable view of whether the management system is actually working

Expected workflow and outcomes

The intent is continuity: an inspection is not an event that ends when the form is signed, but a record that stays open until the work behind it is done.

  • Audit evidence that is compiled rather than recreated
  • A clearer picture of recurring operational risk

Current status

Status: in development. SDAudit is not yet available, and every capability listed above is planned rather than delivered.

Relationship to StrataCore

SDAudit is being built on StrataCore, sharing evidence handling, documents, identity, workflow and analytics with the rest of the platform.

Human authority and claim boundaries

SDAudit is designed to support inspectors, supervisors and management-system owners. It will not issue compliance determinations, disciplinary outcomes or certification decisions; accountable people retain that authority.
