StrataConstruct

Planned project and site operations for contractors.

StrataConstruct is on the StrataData roadmap. It is not an available product. The concept is a unified project and site operations application for contractors, connecting permits, field execution, safety, quality, productivity and operational evidence.

The operational problem

Construction and site work runs across scheduling tools, safety binders, quality checklists, permit paperwork and daily reports that rarely reference one another. The site knows what happened; the project record often does not.

  • Daily field activity captured in formats nobody reuses
  • Permits and authorizations tracked separately from the work they govern
  • Safety and quality treated as parallel paperwork rather than operational signal
  • Productivity discussions without evidence to support them

Intended outcomes

The intent is a project record that reflects what the site actually did, so decisions about schedule, risk and quality rest on evidence.

  • Permits, safety and quality visible alongside execution
  • Evidence available for client, insurer and internal review
  • Fewer reconstructions after the fact

Current status

Status: roadmap. StrataConstruct is not available, is not in development today, and no timeline is committed.

Relationship to StrataCore

If built, StrataConstruct would sit on StrataCore and share its evidence, identity, workflow and analytics layer with StrataFleet and SDAudit.

Human authority and claim boundaries

As with every StrataData application, the design intent is assistive: superintendents, project managers and safety leadership would retain decision authority.
